Positive: We loved the hotel—it was ideal for a young family. The pool area was a huge hit with the children. The food was consistently excellent, whether at breakfast, by the pool, or through room service. However, we felt the buffet was overpriced for what was offered. The children thoroughly enjoyed the kids' club and looked forward to attending every day. We also had a positive experience at the spa, with the treatments being relaxing. The rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard.
Negative: At times we felt the ancillary services such as house keeping was slow.

Positive: The setting, zen atmosphere, breakfast, service, everything that makes a holiday a holiday! The friendly staff with an extra compliment to Abdel Personal trainer/Fitness= top advice! And little Brahim (in training) with his great efforts during breakfast and a fantastic smile on his face every day!

Positive: Great location & clean property.
Negative: No coffee available in the rooms apart from room service. Typical resort style living, people eating, sitting by the pool. Some staff had a sense of ego which we’ve not experienced before in our many travels. For a 5 star hotel we weren’t blown away, we preferred our Airbnb which had way more charm.
Summary: Clean, comfortable hotel with some great facilities if resort style living is your thing

Positive: Fantastic check-in service Hotel consisted of both outdoor heated and cool water pools 3 bars, next to reception, pool bar, and beach bar Breakfast and the service were excellent
Negative: My only negative point is that the waiters in both the pool and beach bar could have been more attentive. Unlike else where in this hotel where service was excellent the bar pool and beach bar needs some work.
